Link a ride to a building

Not sure if I have missed something but I built on a ride station, saved it halfway through, then on going back to it the building no longer seems to be part of the ride. If, for example, I try to blueprint the ride it is just a blank station that is included.

Is there a way of linking the station building, or any other building for that matter, to a ride?

A building is never really part of the ride, it's just possible to set the grid for a new building to the grid of the station. They are still seperate though.

If you want to save both as a blueprint, you can select them both via the multiselect tool (bottom right corner of the screen) and then save them as a blueprint in the new dialog-window .
