Link to the training program for pre-order Mercenary Version

I bought the game finally today (yay! I'd have bought it previously, but gamma didn't want my money, so I waited a while).

Someone give me the link to the downloadable launcher for the training missions. I downloaded it earlier, but because I didn't pay for it it was not letting me in (obv), but now it's giving me a bad exception, probably because it's been updated. Can't find the link to redownload it for love nor money).

Will it work while processing order (though, why it is I dunno)?

Just looked up Processing order and it says it's 'not yet ready for release', but I assume that relates to the game proper (5 more days, sigh), but in my downloadable products, it's greyed out. Where and when will I be able to download the training programs?
