List of icy worlds

It is time for me to unveil a grand new project I've been working on for all of five minutes. We already have a list of Earth-like worlds, but as new explorers like to remind us from time to time, Real Explorers(TM) scan all the bodies in every system they cross: so, to catalogue them all, here's the List of Icy Worlds!
At the moment, it is a bit sparse, but I expect it will surpass the ELW list by over nine thousand entries soon enough. You can view it here:

Now, as in the other thread, the important information for contributing new entries that next to nobody is going to read anyway:

Please provide everything that you can to make an entry for the "Data" sheet. Specifically, the following:
  • A screenshot that includes text which shows that the planet is ice cold, preferrably a system map shot with the planet info and a selfie with your ship's cat, if you have one.
  • The system's distance from Sol, in Imperial inches
  • The system's galaxy map info, or the exact star type of the star(s) the planet is orbiting. You need to be an astrophysicist to provide this. Please attach a scan of your degree too.

Here's an example form to aid you in making your submissions:

Planet name:
Screenshots:
Distance from Sol:
Exact type of star(s) the planet is orbiting:
Your in-game name: CMDR if submitting multiple planets, no need to put it next to every entry. Seriously, guys.
First discovered by: optional, in case it's not you. If it's you, Right on, Commander!

Alternatively, if you want to be very helpful and save me a good amount of work, then you can use the following template to post your entries in spreadsheet form:
System nameNo. of ELsDist. from Sol (ly)First discovered byContributed byOrbiting star(s) typeSolitary star?Sexy world?Proc. gen. system?Lord of the Rings?MoonsScreenshot URL
Commanderwhyareyoureadingthisdon'tyouhavethingstoscan

(I'm not not going to ignore entries that don't use this exact form.) Wow, somebody's still reading this?

Notes on the sheet:
  • Incomplete submissions will still be listed (on a separate sheet), but will not be used in the calculations. And then the little icy worlds will cry sad tears.
  • If the "Contributed by" entry is empty, that means it was contributed by the first discoverer. Or the ghosts of dead explorers.
  • Only icy bodies are counted, inferior worlds like Earth-likes and ammonias don't count.
  • Icy buddies in inhabited systems do not count. To qualify, the system must have allegiance type 'None' on the galaxy map - no buddy must be in the system.
  • Once I've added your post to the list, I'll notify (and also thank) you by adding rep, if I can. Go on, farm some rep!
  • I round up distances from .50 ly. For example, 201.49 ly becomes 201 ly, 201.50 ly becomes 202 ly. Oh wait, the sheet actually does this for me automatically!
  • If you find any errors in this list, please send some pizza to FD.

Credits:
  • Nobody will get any credits for posting here.
  • You get credits for turning in the scans at stations.
  • You know this by now, right?
  • You'll also get a warm fuzzy feeling for discovering yet another unique and special little snowflake.
  • You can also get that feeling by flying too close to a star.
  • CMDR Marx is not responsible for any damage you may cause while doing so.

The list is currently updated until post #1.

Three and half million of them coming your way just as soon as I get back.

Coming up next: the definitive list of molecules of air on the planet Earth. The frequency at which one encounters either is similar, so why not :)
