Hi I am an alpha backer.. From 2013
Paid £200

Had a list as long as my arm... Of stuff I was entitled to below....

But now the list is gone...
I have only a few things..., Apart from free expansion packs.. & 50% discount on ship insurance...
A Commander buying merc edition would get...
Just the same as me apart packs & ship insurance
Above...

So I called frontier for help emailed them concerning this....

Nothing... 5 days left & I don't even know if am getting the right stuff that am supposed to get.... From that list....

Please any alpha backers got the list am talking about can post it up...? & anyone having the same problems.....?.

The store is different that the backers app, and has always shown different things. Check the backers app for your kickstarter rewards.

There was a post a while back that the store only shows those items that are available to us now, but said all kickstarter rewards are there just not showing yet.

Private Alpha Test
Participate in the private alpha test.
Be a founding member of ‘The Elite’ in the game.
Participate in the first round private beta test.
DRM-free collector's premium boxed edition of "Elite: Dangerous". Includes a T shirt with "I backed Elite: Dangerous" on the back, an A3 Star Map and a paperback copy of the official sequel to "The Dark Wheel".
Kickstarter Special: Have the option to start in the founder's world with any starter ship and 4,000 CR. Note: any Kickstarter decal-carrier will be able to travel to this secret system in gameplay.
Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, any expansions and 500 credits when starting a new game.
Access to the private backer’s discussion forum.
Explorer: Have the option to start on the edge of explored space with a long range version of the Cobra Mk III and 3,000 CR (randomised system choice for multiplayer reasons).
Independent Trader: Have the option to start in the Lave system with a basic Cobra Mk III and only 100 CR.

So my question is do we alpha backers get all this... If so why is it not showing on my account...😕

Deliveries on physical stuff hasn't been announced yet. Digital rewards like decals and the novel are showing in my store page (they were added last week), but haven't been made available yet. The only backer stuff you should have right now, is the choice of start positions. That's assuming you backed at Kickstarter, or before the backer app closed and the new store launched (that happened early December 2013, IIRC). If you bought alpha from the store, then I don't think you'll get any backer rewards, outside of the MERC Edition content.

hi there I backed it before the backer app came out... in dec 2013.. I remember it changing few wks after I got it...
I don't have any backers stuff on my store now... its not right... :/
