I just realized there is a place to put all of this. This is from my last "vacation" I took back around the beginning of January/February/March in the Formadine Rift area and decided to keep a log of any planet with life on it (both regular types and Ammonia). I've listed both types so if you'd like to just filter out the non-ELW's out of it that's fine. I just didn't want to waste all that exploration.
