Listing Planetary Ports on Worlds with Atmospheres

I'm interested in visiting the various planetary ports (aka the full service stations with shipyards / outfitting / etc) that are present on planets with an atmosphere. I've been trying various sites like Spansh and INARA, but my particular question is kind of out of their scope.

Has anyone put this kind of list together? What would be the best way to pull this data?

The comprehensive way to do it would be:
1) Get a list of all stations of the right type, extract the information about what body they're on
2) Put that list of bodies back into another tool to see which ones have atmospheres

But I did have an idea to maybe do it quicker: station IDs in third party tools are assigned sequentially, so if we find the earliest ID of an Odyssey settlement, and then look for planetary bases with a later ID, those are the only ones that might be on atmospheric planets, so limit the scope of the check.

Doing this with EDDB :( as its data dumps are easy to parse, I found around 8000 planetary bases first recorded after Odyssey's release, which at least mostly seem to be on atmospheric planets.

Is it outside the scope of the Spansh body search tho?

I haven't tested this but won't something like the following produce what you want?

I suspect the question (and I run into this a lot myself) is what should you pick from the list in order to get just planets with some kind of atmoshere (you know, the ones that display a blue corona in the system map). If you pick All from the Atmosphere option the (long) list then includes "No atmosphere" and "Thick no atmosphere". I always uncheck the former, but what the heck is a "Thick no atmosphere" planet?
