Please fix this issue. I have 40 fully trained janitors and 120 bins in a tiny park, and I cannot hit 90% happiness in the career mode because 20% of the people will not stop complaining about litter, combined with guests complaining about thirst, when I literally have 15 drink vendors and a vending machine on damn near every path. It is literally impossible to satisfy these 2 complaints.
