Little confused on my targets ,

apologies , for anyone i have destroyed , or took at shot at ,,

i only see the names after i target them ,, ok fine
but some are just names ,, others have cmdr in front of thier names ,,
is there a difference are they all users ,,

i have noticed in soem missions the user is green ,, but this is not always the case

No Thargoids in any of the scenarios yet that I have seen. Its a surprise and a bit of a shame that they havent popped up yet.

It would be fun I think to have them suddenly pop in without having to use the conventional hyperspace method, blow up a few ships and then suddenly disappear before you have a change to engage them.

I imagine them appear in the game as a swarm of locusts

I doubt that the Thargoids will appear during Alpha, so far we've only seen 5 different ship types (and 2 of them aren't playable AFAIK) and only flown the Sidewinder.

I suspect if the Thargoids are anywhere in the Alpha, they are staying hidden and laughing their socks off at us pathetic humans.

That is assuming that Thargoids wear socks?:S

There was a one line somewhere that the FDEV team would be showing off their skills at some point.
I see a little bit of revenge looming on all those Alpha backers who were desperate for Alpha 2 to drop.

Cue Admiral Braben, Commander Brookes and the FDEV team in their Thargoid ships jumping a whole raft of unsuspecting Alpha players.
