Little exploration honey pot if anyone wants it.

Hey guys 'n' gals.

Came across this system which I think is an incredible little money earner, its got water giants, water worlds, gas giants and about 17 or so stars including the odd AE type. Heres the system info if anyone wants to cash in.

and the system view as zoomed out as humanly possible and still I can't see it all.

Most kind, thank you.

Out of curiosity, how much money have you made in your career through exploring, and what is your exploring rank?

Same question to anyone else who is interested in sharing.

When I started out, i would get nervous that I'd got a lot of data and so I'd head back to cash in, on the off chance I blew up or did something stupid, on my first cash in, +/- 250 systems, I made around 2 mil profit and gained the rank of Surveyor.

I'm now returning from a 15k LY trip around and about with 980 (give or take) systems to cash in. Will update when I cash in what I get for monies and rank,

nah its a lot closer than that, give or take 400 LY from Achenar. (45mins or so travel time.)

I should add that the first pic on the post shows the location, you can type it into your navigation bar and it will tell you how far it is away from you. "Hip 78756"

Well, like 6-7k LYs for me in that case ;-)

Just logged off for the night. And will be a couple of months until I am back in civilized space. So was wondering if I should bookmark this thread now. but in 2 months, dozens will have visited and payout will be minimal ;-)

Never knew about this site. Thanks for the link. :)

You're welcome. Except for truly randomly generated stuff in E|D the stuff in E|D is about same (if not exactly the same) as in SIMBAD (and thus VizieR-S) databases. So yea, a lot of stuff and its plausibility is easy to go verify.

I've seen one or two systems like that. Not sure why, but whenever the Stellar Forge decides its going to half fill up a system with T type stars, the planets tend to be mainly small red and black rocky planets.
