Would it be a good idea to Live Stream the goings on in the Frontier Development Office on the day of launch?
If things don't go to plan at least customers will feel part of the action & not feel the need to complain.
They could have a member of the team or a celebrity present it like a TV show (William Shatner my personal favorite
) with maybe set times for different members of the team to come on and explain whats happening & any new features to look out for.
We are not looking forward to a frustrating day with no updates thats for sure.
