yeah same. He must be in solo. No way someone is in sol for that long without getting attacked.
Kinda want to take a Courior/Cutter there and allign myself with ALD.
If you see an unaligned imp eagle harassing the big ships drop some painite.

I was in open play the entire time. maybe because my internet connection is not that great that i didn't got attacked by other CMDR's (as they could not connect to my instance). somewhere towards the end I got attacked by an NPC when I returned to the Sol System.

Yes, I do believe poor internet quality makes instancing much more difficult.
