Livery (colors) for shield generator

So.. we have Weapons,Engines colors how about to make color for shields? it will be cool to see.. lets say a red or orange or white shield generator ?
I am really ready to buy all colors for shields c:
I understand.. its hard to see how our shield taking damage or when we using SCB(visual effects) but anyway.. i will hope fd will make it maybe in someday..

Normal are blue, Bi-Weaves are pink and Prismatics are green.

How 'bout a little less confusion to that mix, please? Thanks.

You can see what a type of shield and weapons does CMDR have in left panel anyway , i do this every time when i am in PVP.
NPC have only default shield... so...?

Yes well, keep in mind not everyone is you. What you do by nature, I would have to go through muscle memory training.

As it stands it's more common to visually identify the target type of shields than reading. We have 50 million year of evolution that reinforce this attitude.

Correct... Shoot and watch the shield colour when you (or others) hit it. I personally don't care if they're not wanted. They can be flying with sparkles coming out of their exhausts. But when they're wanted and in a place they're not supposed to be.. Shoot and watch.

Keep in mind this would be a hell of an exploit for griefers hunting in newbie areas. They're still trying to get used to everything in the game. Add colours to that chaos and I guarantee there will be noise and salt in the forums. Even with the proposed ideas of Crime & Punishment.

Admit it -- you were tickled pink with the idea of Packhounds with rainbows for their contrails. You just had to add it to shields too, didn't you?
