Livery items, permanent or temporary?

I can understand if the paintjobs were per ship, I would even expect that.

I am curious if the bobble heads and such, the dashboard items, are per ship or if you can transfer them. I mean, I can pick up and move bobble heads in real life so... haha.

Mainly only paint jobs and ship kits are ship specific. Bobbleheads, decals, weapon colours, engine colours are buy once use as much as you like things.

And to be super pedantic, the paint jobs are specific to a type of ship; if you want 10 Cobras all in the same livery, you only need to buy the paint job once. This is also true for SLF and SVR paintjobs.

You can move your dashboard items around from ship to ship. The paint jobs are per ship class - i.e., you can apply a paint job to any ship of the same class - if you buy an Asp Explorer camo pattern, you can apply it to any Asp Explorer you own. But the bobble heads and such can be moved to any ship of any class.
