Livery Screen down?

it's been reported bust for days
Had it 2 nights ago on Xbox where I couldn't access in game livery but was OK last night with no problems.
Not available currently for me either.
Can you provide a link to the ticket please?

The Livery went down on my Xbox about an hour ago...now it can't connect to the servers.
