Ships Loadout help please?

So I am closing in on the 50mil credits I will need to upgrade my Anaconda up from D class to a mix of C and B. But I need some advice with the weapon loadout.
Currently in my hard points:
Huge: Large Fixed Burst
Large: Large Fixed Burst
2x Large: Medium Turret Burst
2x Medium: Medium gimballed frag
2x Small: Small Turret Burst

Yes! I know! I am missing a huge weapon. and I have 2 mediums in large slots. I didn't have the capacity or money to support a bigger loadout.
But as I am now switching to a C class power plant and B class power distributor I will now have the needed capacity to switch my 2 medium laser turrets to better large laser turrets ad afford a huge weapon.

Going to get this for my hard points:
Huge: Huge Fixed Cannon
Large: Large Fixed Burst
2x Large: Large Turret Pulse
2x Meduim: Medium Turret Multi
2x Small: ????

Because I will have 2 large turrets coupled with the multi cannon turrets AND my fighter escorts, I will have no problem with dispatching smaller and more agile enemies. used to have the 2 small laser turrets for protecting my butt from small fighters but since I have grown used to my anaconda and I can easily roll to point the 2 top turrets at enemies(and again SLF can help defend me)
Then I can use the huge burst to take out the shields of slower enemies and then the huge cannon I can use to derp the living hell out of enemies. Yes they are fixed! I have a good joystick so its easy to aim them. Yes they will be dead weight against small fighters but I have my little baby fighter who can annihilate anything while being super cute O,,,,O

So now I have 2 blank Small hard points... And I really have no idea what to do with them.
I could do 1 missile launcher and 1 rail gun and get Drag munition and Feedback cascade... but the mount is so far down on my butt it will be hard to aim a rail gun at anything but really big 'n' slow ships

So what about some Mine launchers?! I actually never used mine launchers... could be useful when I want to get away from a target, with ion disruptor it would slow down pusuers and allow me to get out of mass lock range... not that much can mass lock me... but I don't know how they work! I don't even know if I am understanding ion disruptor mines correctly... And will mines damage my little one and me? And what if a neutral ship flies into one of my mines, would I get a fine?

What I could do is get a torpedo... and then reverberating cascade to try kill people's shields... but it would be only just 1 round...

Maybe a gimballed pulse laser with shield regeneration so I can heal my little one's shield? but she heals shields pretty fast anyway and I don't get any chances to wing up with other players...

1 small slot will definitely have to be a seeker missile launcher with drag munitions. to help pull down anyone trying to run away from my cannon.

And at some point I can put mining lazers in the small slots so I can go mine engineer's stuff

I don't know what to put in my 2 small hard points of my anaconda.

- frags only work on close range, and the anaconda is slow ... i'd suggest fitting 2-4 seeker missiles in the medium and small slots, which you use after your bursts have brought the shields down. run some of them turreted, and if you miss power or CR to do so, take pulse turrets.

- 1 small HP is nice for a small beam/burst/pulse turret, which you use when a fighter or eagle is sticking at your rear. chance turret mode to automatic to do so.
 
Seeker missiles on the small hardpoints has worked really well for me, high capacity mag w/overload munitions. Good against agile targets and when they start chaffing. In addition I use 2 medium burst turrets, 2 large pulse lasers, 1 large MC and 1 huge MC.

Another loadout I want to try is 1 huge pulse, 1 large beam/MC and 2 large MC while keeping the seeker missiles and turrets.
