Next time you are in ship, landed or SRV ,check text settings.
Focus on the text channel
Go to the "INCOMING TEXT CHANNELS" tab
Check if "LOCAL" is on or off ?
I am sure mine was always enabled, did they mess up with update ? or am I wrong ? I do remember texting in local a few days ago and no one replied(or maybe they just don't like me?)
