Locating the home of the "Independent Assembly" faction

Some weeks ago I killed some idiot "wanted" NPC who interdicted me as I traversed a system I'd never been to. While the flaming debris of his ship cooled, I slipped back into supercruise, tied up at the station I was headed for, sold my cargo, bought some cargo, and moved on.

A week later I noticed I had a 10k voucher from "Independent Assembly", but had absolutely no recollection about where I'd earned it. Unfortunately, you can't click on a voucher and have the UI tell you the system where you earned it. (That would be nice for non "Big 3" bounty tickets, but that's a message for a different section of the forums.)

There is a list of minor factions post over on the elitedangerous wikia site, but it has nothing for these guys.

Anyone have any idea where the "Independent Assembly" faction might make its home? I'd like to collect my credits and clear the ticket from my transactions. (Without getting blown up, in case anyone was going to suggest that.)

I know it doesn't help you but you are not alone. I have a couple of these bounties sitting in my Inbox waiting for me to go collect them....... if I knew where to go :(

what we really need is a bounty marker in gal map, like we have for missions and ships.
ive found the best way of getting rid of a massive list you don't remember where you got the bounty from is ship death.

I have 27 bounties from independant locations....absolutely no idea where I got them from...about a million credits sitting there.

Seriously, FDev... if the name's the same, it ought to be the same faction, and they ought to pay off the voucher.
