Location for Materials Trader with Proprietary Composites

Easiest way I found is use inara.
Tick 'material trader' and put in your current system.
You're looking for manufactured traders:

I do have lots of other mats to trade, but when I go to the Proprietary Composites window, it says there is 0 in stock.

To explain it another way, you swap one material for another at a ratio cost.

Click the material you want then click an appropriate material to swap for it. It'll tell you the ratio cost (like give 1 to get 3 of a more common type, or give 3 to get 1 of a rarer type).

Using the trader is great but if you don't have a significant stock of stuff it won't get you far.

It's not showing stock. It's showing how many you have.

Click it. Then click another type to trade across. It's a swap shop. Give them materials, they give you the one you want in return. But you start by selecting the one you want.

For example, if you click on proprietary composites and you have 1 core dynamics composite, you could get 3 proprietary composites...

You must already have selected another material.

Start again. Exit. Come back in. Click the mat you want. Then it'll highlight other mats you can trade with. Click one. See the cost of trade. Either agree to it or cancel and try another.

If none of this works you may be experiencing adjudication server issues.
