Engineers Location of inventory file

Hi all,

I have an engineers app I would like to use but I need to input my inventory. So essentially what data, materials I have. I'd like not to have to input this manually each time a change occurs but to find the file that contains this data on my hard drive. If indeed this exists. My question is does it exist and if so where?
