Newcomer / Intro locations of pirate bases?

I'd try https://inara.cz/nearest/ and filter for anarchy factions. Depending on what you mean by "pirate bases".
There can also be bases owned by pirates in non-anarchy systems, But I'm not sure how I'd go about to find them other than visiting systems and checking the factions on the system map.
