Locked blueprint

Maybe I did something wrong, but I built an habitat yesterday, and today I saved it as a blueprint. But when going in the blueprint menu I can't use it, it's locked... Any idea of why?

I tried to use the blueprint in the same zoo where I created the blueprint, so it can't be a research issue

It seems it was a temporary bug, the blueprint unlocked after a crash and a reloading of the game.

I had a locked blueprint, and finally found that an enrichment toy had gotten saved with it. I deleted the toy, and the BP is now available in game. I also deleted a water bowl with pump, but I think the toy was the issue.

Not sure why it was an issue since I have unlocked it for my animals, but maybe because it is used with a bunch of animals I haven't researched yet is why it was a problem.
