Logged in and I was in a different system than I logged off

I last played yesterday, before updating to the latest patch (one with the Vulture price drop). Logged on this morning and my ship was floating in space in a different system 32ly away from where I was.

My ship, money and stored ship is the same and I even think the amount of fuel I had is too.

Anyone know what happened?

Did you recently install an ITD module? The Intermittent Translocator Device has been known to move things around at random.

Seriously, though, sounds like a bug which needs mentioning in the bug forum.
