Anyone else seeing this when launching the game?

ok closed launcher and relogged in. after 3rd attempt it works now. Very odd, not seen that before.

Happened to me yesterday. It still did the same thing 2 hours later. Restarting the launcher helped.
Currently it's stuck on loading, the ship has been spinning for 3 minutes already, after unable to initialize the network error before. I wish there was an off-line mode.
End task, restart the whole thing again worked this time.
