Logical load/unload attractions and rides

Wherever in a real theme park, guests start to board the vehicules or trains as soons as the ones inside are off.

I explain, a lot of time is lost to wait for the people to exit the whole station. [blah]

In fact as soon as they passed the sliding doors, people getting in the ride should already start to board.
We are actualy losing a lot of precious time and augmenting the waiting lines for nothing.
A good example is the boat ride of the Silversmith manor in the career play mode.

I don´t know if it´s considered as a bug but it doesn´t seem at all logical to me. [where is it]

Yes it's a minor thing to fix, but a major flaw in the game. This has been suggested lots of time before. It's one of those things Frontier just won't fix somehow :(
 
This has been discussed to death at the forums here. It is about game balance more than anything. Throughput of the in -game rides are very close to their real world counterparts. This change is more for the eye than anything. But changing it means that they have to re-balance the financials somehow or it would be way too easy to make money (already is too easy).
