Login failure - authentication server problem - Where to see service status?

Hi there,

After a few weeks I decided to give ED a spin tonight, but it wont start complaining about login failure and not being able to connect to authentication servers.

It struck me that after a few searches I couldn't find live server status page. Like "We are installing an update will be back at x:yy." or "Servers up and running" or something. Does this exist?

I guess I'll just play something else now, but would be good to know if there is a status page for posterity.

Server status info on the Launcher is borken for quite some time.

But servers are down only during the Thursday maintenance which happens around 7:00am UTC and last under an hour.
Else, they're always up otherwise the forums would be boiling
