Login Failure

Can't play the game at the moment because every time I try to log in I get the following error message:

Login Failure.
To ensure you are playing the most up to date version please use the launcher to start the game.

Anyone else experience this?
More importantly - anyone any ideas on how to fix?
I have raised a ticket obviously, but we know how long that can take.
 
Nope, working fine over here. Maybe you want to try the repair option / check integrity in case something went wrong somewhere.
 
Dunno if there is an official IP adress aviable somewhere on the forums. You tried to tracert the Login Server? Might give you some info where the problem actually lies.
 
A few things I read by typing your problem into google (they might seem stupid, but just incase you havn't tried...):

- When starting the launcher, right-clic and run it as administrator.
- Check your laucher is on the right version. Should say "0.4.2854.0" at the bottom of it. If it isn't download it again.
- Check you havn't got old beta files or things like that kept from a long time ago.

Hope you don't have to re-install everything, with the download speed of this game you are in for a wait...

My launcher version was showing 0.4.2743.0 so I decided to download it again. Not as simple as you'd think - why don't they put s link on the launcher itself for the latest version.
Finally found a link - here on the forums.
Don't know what we'd all do if we didn't have this place to help each other out. Whatever else FD are good at, it is quite definitely not customer support.
As it is I ended up losing two days play - along with three failed missions .

Once again though - many thanks for taking the time out to help and have some rep.
