3 days ago i got it at the start were you press A and that pops up the full message is. We have logged you out of the game because your account is not currently available. Please try again shortly. I have try a hard reset on my xbox and rest my router to but i keep getting the same thing can someone help me fix this.

Well, you'll want to be contacting customer support & maybe checking your associated email account for a "You've been banned" one.
