Login lost

“We have logged you out of the game because your account is not currently available”

Is the error I get preceded by “login in failure, your game failed to communicate”.

This is the second version of the game I have bought in three weeks.

I play on GeForce now paid sub (I know I know).

Steam version would work as GeForce in Australia is awful (they have a crappy company that provides the service for the over here).

So after just about losing my mind got refund and though…god I want to play elite odyssey version so much, I’ll try with epic.

Lo and behold, it worked first time, let’s go.

Played about four hours last night, now I have these error messages.

Iv tried everything, unlogging and re logging on GeForce, epic and frontier, my epic account is linked as iv check on website, restart machine, restarted router, changed wifi from 5 to 2.4.

It’s like frontier don’t want me to play this game.

Sent ticket last week, crickets!
He force say it’s their end, especially since iv already played.

Please someone help.
 
it sounds connection related to me i would start by bypassing wifi with a direct cable to router if possible
do you get all ticks here on this amazon ecs test page as this game uses amazon servers or are any ip relays slow to populate with ticks or show stop signs
do you have a direct purchase account with frontier the fact you are connecting via third party apps like gforce now, steam and epic dont help none as all of them are just addtional sec layers to get past that just want there slice of the pie in one way or another and can your machine spec handle the game ok?.........
regarding your support ticket did you get an almost instantanious auto email reply receival acknowledgement if not you can bet your bottom dollar they did not receive it
try compling a support ticket using edge in old internet explorer mode if that's the case
but if your isp connection is just plain :poop: there aint a lot anyone can do

I don’t have a decent pc I only have a Mac that’s why I use GeForce now, and my internet is super Fibrewire, it’s lightning fast.

It’s the only game it does it with on GeForce, and seems to be a common issue with or without GeForce as there are pages of posts on the internet with the same problem.
It worked fantastic last night so it can work, but yeah, what a headache.
Every other game from steam epic plays fine on ultra settings.
Sounds like you opened an issue on the issue tracker instead of opening a support ticket. Have you tried this link:

ya g force now users are always having issues of some kind it appears but thats a geforce now issue as mentioned in this last thread regarding that games platform and as for epic
they dont tend to patch up until 4 days after any update release and even have some login issues well after the fact

Try Ethernet cable instead of WiFi - even 30M long cable is fine as my router is downstairs and son has run a cable upstairs and is fine.
If you don't have Ethernet port on PC you can get Ethernet to USB adapter which is still better than WiFi.

Heard that some people use VPN to connect to Amazon Web Server nearest to them as AWS are all linked with a fast backbone.
 
You send keystrokes to GFN, they stream video back to you. Everything else happens on their machine. It's up to them to fix this, no matter how many excuses they provide.

Yeah sounds about right, I got an email back from them as I was in bed saying they do batch patches and can’t just do one game for me, so yeah I’m screwed, I might just have to sit tight.
It’s pretty crap but that’s the deal, might just buy a pc, money be dammed.
