What does Logistics do? Do i need level 10 or should i just have welfare and Genetics?

Logistics is used for Expeditions and Research, so it's generally not really used in Sandbox Mode. You can safely focus on Welfare and Genetics.

Now that Research and Expeditions can be used in Sandbox, we recommend keeping some Scientists with a Logistics skill around, just to be safe!
