I suddenly realised what I've been missing since the kickstarter - that beautifully ornamental Elite shield, unadorned by the word 'dangerous'. Now if only Frontier could move that down a bit, below the shield, that would be perfect. I'd even buy a mug. 
Just to prove I'm not totally grumpy, I do like the snakeskin texture; classy yet hinting back at the ship names from the original. In fact I just noticed that - it must be time for coffee...
