Logs and the archive

So i've been hunting down the logs in the game. Did all the gen ships that where generous enough to appear, the abandoned settlements, INRA bases and now i collect the thargoid attack sites logs.

But why do these thargoid attack logs not thow up in my archive. It's in the comms pannel but they will expire in 30 days. Just found all 4 bug killer logs by the crashed anaconda.

Is there a tab that i'm missing somewhere?

I was coming to comment on this exactly. Going to CMDR Jamason's crash and scanning everything there opens up a CODEX entry in the archive, same with DAV's HOPE. I was wondering since I didn't pick up everything that I had missed something, but even after picking up the escape pod I can't seem to find any Archive entry for the Bug Killer site. Maybe someone overlooked it's creation when they introduced the CODEX?
