Loitering warning?

Well, the Feds just got a new low - giving me loitering warning at 5km distance from station (outside the station, naturally). If I just had outfitted a few torpedoes, I'd give them a new entrance port to the station

...and this is just one of the things why I despise Federation so much

You and me both. I had this happen once. Skimmed over a pad, the loitering warning didn't go away until it became a fine. At least in the Empire we've got slave who get punished if they fall asleep in the control tower. In for a dime, in for a dozen. Get a fine, waste some more Feds to make it worth it. Give them a real reason to demand money then fly back to empire space.
