No, it is definitely a feature and works as intended. Some forum warrior will explain it to you soon. Maybe you just need to put more pips somewhere or buy a better outfit and it will work... :)

frontier cs are 1 of the nicest cs i'v dealt with in many years of gaming. i haven't needed to use then very often, but when i have had problems, usually as a result of me doing something stupid, they have been great. if you have never had reason to contact them.. or can't be bothered too.. trying to suggest that such a minor issue in any way typifies them, is unfair and axiomatically incorrect.

if you have a valid issue with what has been gifted, haven't received your gift, or lost/never received the email, maybe just put a ticket in to cs instead of trying to dramatise such a trivial thing.

Not to mention that a discount code is less a gift, and more an attempt to get you to spend money with them.
