London Relay Pirate Warning

Hi all

Just a quick heads up, there's a Pirate Clipper trying to pirate in the system. Its the only one I've seen but it took me by surprise really, I didn't expect pirates as explosives aren't worth anything!

It just took out my trade conda (good job I'm sitting on more cash than I know what to do with ) And just watched him interdict what I think was a Cobra.

Prepare appropriately Cmdr's and I hope we hit the top reward tier, I'd love to see a explosion on the scale of a station!

It wasn't Dangerzone, he's on my friends list

I know his Gamertag but its not the done thing to post strangers tags, he was only playing the game, albeit it did make me scratch my head/laugh at pirating for explosives! Maybe there's another side to the CG to stop people delivering to London Relay that I haven't noticed though?

Or people simply do not want it to blow up. Just because you do not get a reward for doing it doesn't mean you cannot do it (unlike what some other people want you to belive).

Fair play to him, interesting tactics too, I've never seen a Clipper used as a battering ram before! My poor trade Conda never stood a chance

On a side note, I think this is a good excuse to sell the Conda anyway, I never use it as I never liked it. This is probably the first time its been out since a least the retail release and probably weeks before that. Might take it to the breakers tomorrow Roll on 1.5, really want to try a Cutter!

Considering the FGS looks like someone stuck some boosters on a public convenience..........

Haha! No worries, it's all part of the game Quite funny really because my shields went pretty much immediately (Prismatics but only A5) but the hull was standing up to his weapons ok considering so I thought I'd stay and chance it. Then the reapeat rammings started, no way could I avoid a Clipper in a Conda, my hull just crumbled! Should've high waked out of there straight away, I don't know what I was thinking!

Should've submitted to his usually reasonable demands, pilot.

I've interdicted a good half dozen trading ships in the last couple of hours. Every single one has tried to low wake even though I gave at least 3 warnings on every occasion. A few didn't make it to the station.

Was that Orc when I also was there lol?

T'was our other wingman in his Imperial Clipper.

Gutamaya chooses to build for form over function, Federation build function with no consideration to form. I'd take function over form any day of the week.

The forms seem to be working quite well though. Could be better if it didn't look so over the top but it is great.

Stolen Explosives also seem to count towards the CG, too.
