More foliage and ground cover options is always good. Not sure I'd use much long grass, but it would be interesting to have in herbivore paddocks as well. As long as I can drive the ranger vehicle through it, or else I'll use as little as possible like the forests in jwe, I need to be able to reach my dinos too.
