Since flying back from Colonia, I find that every time I finish for the morning run and re-log back on for the evening run, Re-plotting the route has added 14 and sometimes 26 extra jumps. The first time was when I had 298 jumps left to my destination and when I logged back in later on that day I had 324 jumps to the dame destination. As each jump can be 40ly, surely the plotting system can be more accurate than 800 -1000 ly accurate in plotting. Just how much data is lost if you are plotting thousands of planets and hopefully storing the data. I don't think anyone compares their flight log and planet scans when submitting them for remuneration. I complained about this 1 year ago and nothing was done to fix the problem. Another FD failure?

Maybe check to see if it defaulted to "Economical" path vs "Fastest" path?
Yeah tried that. Still the same. Did find out that if I jumped 160 ly and re-plotted, I gained 40 jumps which helped me recoup what I had lost. thanks for the reply
