Longer range Apex Shuttle - for much higher cost

Suggestion is to separate shuttle categories into:

• Local Shuttles (intrastellar)
• Short-Range Shuttles (Current Apex Adders)
• Long-Range Shuttles - for distances greater than 100 Ly.

Long-Range Shuttles could be some ship set up for long jump ranges, packed with fuel tanks. Maybe an Asp Explorer, or a Krait Phantom.

I'd like to see missions generated in game for FC owners to do regular transportation - like some megaships do now. And payouts depending on the amount of commanders transported.
