Looking at my ship from... ON TOP OF A PALM TREE!!!!

Why can't all stations be like this! :D

To be honest, anyone else notice the quality of the palm texture...particularly in relation to the scale of the game? If/when planetary landings are released...there will be some surprises for the industry....FDev has a game engine that might become as popular as any other.

Palm tree stations are my favorite. It'd be nice to see more thing in stations. Birds. Squirrels. Destructible, of course.

I encountered this in.... Munshinn or something like that, not sure if this is that same orbital tho, also, the orbital was pink

So much promise.
"Docking permission denied. A flock of chickens have wandered onto the landing pad. Please stand by."
"Launch denied. A pair of endangered Lavian Squirrels are constructing a nest in your engine housing. Your vessel has been impounded under the authority of the RSPCA."

Also cooking the local wildlife with a fusion engine exhaust, while not exactly bad form, will probably result in the death penalty.

I haven't landed in a luxurious station in a few months, but I can say that the lag in those was absolutely terrible every time. Perhaps 1.3 fixed it?

Otherwise, I think they are very nice :)

M.Gorbachev station in Sol.

You can go to Aymifa, Sol, Achenar, and Alioth to see these nice stations. I'm pretty sure Wyrd and Ovid have them, too.

I can just hear David Attenboroughs voice in the background:
And here we observe a father Vulture in its habitat, it will sit quietly on the landing pad sometimes minutes, sometimes days. If provoked it will respond in kind, defending itself with force often outmanoeuvring its prey to deal the killer blow.

I never heard David Attenborough say ''and now that mighty Vulture, once so proud, is now sliced in half by a Pythons beam laser. Its struggle has ended''

The whole birds thing wouldn't last long. I'd give a it a day before they all made the mistake of trying to fly out of the airlock.
