Looking for a bounty

So I picked up this job and it said I needed to travel either to LFT 4887 or BD+04 3919. I arrived at LFT 1448 and disengaged at the first unidentied singal and it updated my job, now istead of seeing the previous text, I see this, see screenshot:

Does that mean he could still possible be at LFT 1448 or BD+04 3919; or do I have to travel to OBAMBIVAS now? I'm so confused =:)mad:

Yeah this is how they work :)

Find a USS, some NPC will say "I only just got away..." or "Did you here..." and will give you the current system name of the "terrorist" you are looking for. Then generally 2 or 3 more USS in that (named) system, you will find the target.

It is easiest to just leave the station after you accept the mission, then once in SC, travel at throttle off speed (30km/s). As others have mentioned, USS are placed at around a distance of 3-400% of your speed. So, at this speed the USS will be less than 1000km. That means once it's targeted you can drop straight out of SC with Destination Lock engaged. Makes finding the Pirate Lord take around 5-10 minutes instead of 30 mins to 1.5 hours!
