Have seen a few, last one I saw was at 'Yab Camalo' station is Von Zach Hub. I see more Type-9's for sale than Clippers in imperial space :/

Pretty sure CF 464 has one.

Though you might want to narrow it down. "Imperial Space" is a reasonable sized volume.

Galaxy map, view tab,change from realistic to MAP. Drop down box, select Allegiance. Unselect everything except Empire.

Those filters allow you to customize a huge amount of data.

The Empire is basically 'below' fed space

Got mine in "Meliontit'.

Not even making that up. It's right next to Cockagine.

It is better to look for a large population industrial world instead of a high tech one.
I got mine in Lombi.

Finding the A7 FSD however, was tricky. Be prepared for some searching. I got lucky in Dvorsi.

Sorry, have to go back to meditative Space Cowing. The T-9 calls for calm music after the Python, with was best flown to Hard'n'Heavy.
