Looking for a new home (details inside)

G'day!

I'm in Empire Space and I'm looking for a home, I would really like the following:

1. RES Sites near a water planet, so I can see it from the RES
2. Station close by for handing in bounties (outposts aren't possible to dock at)
3. High Tech location
4. Blue Gas Planet

If anyone has any pointers that would be great!
