Looking for a system for Fed Bounty stacking

Title says it all, looking for a good system to bounty stack.
similar to kokowar where all the bounty missions take you to one system so you can stack up, is there anyplace like this, for a large ship, that has lots of fed agents? looking to boost my fed rank in a fun way.

Sol. If you have the Sol permit, Barnards Star (Crimson Faction Pirates) is an excellent faction for stacking kill missions. Sol has 5+ stations to take on missions against B.S.C.F.P, and Skyhook Base (Crimson Faction Base) in Barnards Star is a location that can be easily farmed for kills. (There are a few Crimson Faction system security around Skyhook that do not count towards kills)
Again this is only viable if you have the Sol permit.

Thats fine im almost to sol, as in i just need to do a damn mission to get the rank.
Are there combat sites in sol i can fight pirate? on foot?
