My apologies, I have seen pictures of left handed CH Throttles, but upon further research it seems those are custom jobs.
As a fellow lefty with a T.16000m, and having learned to fly with that in my left hand (mouse as throttle & look in right), I made the switch to flying right handed with the CH Throttle.
My reason was that real planes & such generally are configured for a right hander to use, and therefore it would be better to be practised at using that configuration - however you may not have any interest in flight sims in general, so this may not apply to you
EDIT: Also, I really wanted that analogue stick. That thing is awesome for ED.
