Looking for A5 power plant

I am looking for an A5 power plant for my cobra...
has anyone seen one recently? I am using a B4 and it is not quite doing the trick and i have to toggle my docking computer and shields in order to fly and land...and when i forget to turn my shield back on before fighting, it doesn't end well

Increasing reputation with the controlling faction of a station can potentially unlock high grade equipment.
Try stations were your rep is highest

Max engine in a cobra is size 4, you cannot shoehorn a size 5 powerplant in there.

Did you mean 4A?

look for a higher population, high tech station for increased range of upgrades. Where abouts are you at the moment?

Edit: other query is, what in god's name do you have powered up all at once that draws that much juice? You can set a bunch of stuff to lower priority in the modules screen to even out your power usage (i.e. Put fsd etc to priority 2 or lower, considering you can only use it with hardpoints retracted)

Looking at my power, i did some redistribution last night, so it looks like i have 8% to spare now...
I am using a B4 generator, so i guess i can only get up to A4...

i have outstanding faction in most of my old "home town" systems, but have moved 100ly+ to make profitable metal runs, so i may have to trek back to LH 3447 for some upgrades. Currently i am running Palladium between Ba Po (Mullane Mines) and Asgaa (Wheeler Horizons)...

BTW: Conflict zone in Asgaa has been going on for 5 days straight. You can get conflict zone missions in the surrounding systems...

I don't know where you are, but most recently I saw a good selection of modules in HIP 103138 for my Python. I didn't look for an A4 power plant specifically, but I bet they have one (they had an A7). Otherwise, just do as was suggested, filter your galaxy map to show only high tech systems, and slide the population slider up a bit so it filters out really low population ones, and just start looking.

Sorry, a bit off topic, but I just saw an A8 power plant for the 1st time (I use A7 in my Anaconda) - 162MCr for an extra 6MW? not for me.
