[LFG] Looking for active squadron with some limitations...

I'm a returning player, having played since before Horizon I am now once again back. For the longest time I've been cruising solo but I'd like some more social interaction, in hopes of Frontier actually creating co-op content for Odyssey one day.
Now the tricky part is, I am based in Cubeo, when I am in the bubble at least, so I'd appreciate it if a potential squadron and it's player faction would be somewhat close. I'm working with the Empire and, although rarely, with Aisling (at least on papers). However, staying with(in) the Empire would be preferable.
I don't mind if the group is new or old, huge or small, as long as it's chill.

Some bits about me:
I'm open for literally any activity or mission type. I like doing pretty much everything in this game, currently mainly Odyssey on-foot content naturally.
My main ship is an unfinished Phantom, which is supposed to be some sort of hybrid abomination of "explorer that can defend itself". I've also got a Phantom for core mining (yes I like the Phantom) and an Imperial Courier with a fighter loadout as well as some cash to spare for another ship. I'm not a min-maxer, I just do random stuff and enjoy the space life.
My real life situation allows me to play daily and I'd like an about equally active squadron.
I've got discord, a mic and also like to play the game in VR at times.

07 CMDR. The After Earth Stellar Alliance are a super friendly squad. We also have a factionbased in Kuwema. A few of us took a bit of a break ahead of Odyssey but the squadron is becoming more active again.

There's a problem with instancing together in game at the moment. Even in our private group, which is problematic because it means we're struggling to do missions together. It's the same for all players and it has been reported in the issue tracker. But when that's fixed we're good to go.
