Newcomer / Intro Looking for an outfitter for my new T7 near Orang

As said above, i just bought me a new T7 (which i dont like so far) and am now desperately looking for a hightech station where i can outift it (A5 FSD etc.)

Any advice where i can find a good outfitter around Orang (alliance space)?

Do you know how map filters work? Just look at the High-tech systems and try a few that have higher population (let's say above 20million)
