Ship Builds & Load Outs Looking for an Passenger Anaconda loadout.

Hi guys,

I am looking for an Anaconda build which will allow me to move passengers around and make my fortune that way. I have Horizons installed so I plan on engineering my ship to get the most out of it.

My current ship and design is an AspX unmodified, while it does the job fine I want to try and improve my credit making per hour.

So far I have come up with this design for my anaconda, but I am not really sure if I need the fighter hanger, I was thinking about swapping it out for a Auto Mantaince Unit instead.

Suggestions and feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

Which bays you take depends on what kind of passenger missions you want to do.

The way I see it short range in the bubble criminal missions can make good money if you find a good spot.

Medium range from a place outside of the bubble like wu guinagi into the bubble make good money.

semi-long range (1000 to 3000) make good money from somewhere outside of the bubble where you can get a lot of missions to teh same poi.

Very long range can make good money but they are harder to stack sometimes, and very few people have the patience for it.

I chose the semi-long range out of fehu in an anaconda, took one 4 business, and the rest 5 business and first class (half and half). Lotta missions in fehu to carbon star close, something or another ring something, and gargantuan (hard to find poi without reading a forum guide for this one). The three points are near eachother. Once I got 6 bays of passengers all to only carbon star close. made almost 50 mil in like a couple hours. was able to get elite explorer with a couple trips that direction which was cool since they are nerfing passenger mission rep a bit.

Whatever you do I suggest you have allied rep where you do it. Missions seem to be much better with your rep (moreso in comparison to other mission types).

anyway what kind of missions are you looking to do ?

I just maxed out the FSD and Thrusters, both A rated and G5 modded.

No weapons, 7A fuels scoop, 5C Bi-weave with 7 0D boosters HD/Res Aug and one PD.

5A Power Plant G3 Overcharged +22.8%
5D Life Support G1 Light weight -35.8%
5A Power Dist G3 Engine Focused
1D MRP

6C 1st Class Pass compt

DSS and ADS

The rest cargo

The result

Top Speed 280M/S
Boost 373M/S

Seems to handle better than a stock Python

Shields 594.4 MJ with

Kinetic Resistance 56.5%
Thermal 44.4
Explosive 64.1%

Range max Jump 45.57, 45.32 with 1st class passengers

192 cargo

It's perfect for Sightseeing Missions, which is currently the best bang for the buck and has tons of room for configuration changes if needed.

It's why the Beluga is useless.

I did one mission recently for 34Mil CR - took a little over an hour. There are plaenty available between 1 - 10 Mil once you're allied with all the Local factions.

Passenger missions

Hi guys,

For me running local passengers in the Quince system is the easiest way to make millions. The run from Jeffries High station to the Gaylen's Ascension visitor beacon can make 3-5 million per run. Since that is just a 1 minute cruise from the station to the beacon around the same planet, you can do it in maybe 5 minutes. I am running a Python at the moment running with max passenger cabins. With an Anaconda, you can maybe make 5-7 million per run due to the larger number of cabins. I tend to load all my cabins without changing servers in the Python, so it might be harder to fill the Annie. Although they may have changed the code, because when I do change servers, I rarely find any extra passenger missions to pick up.

You will need to build your reputation in Quince when you first get there and it is about 500 LY from the bubble. I bought a cobra and a hauler when I got there to train with, since getting blown up in my Python was costly. I suggest rolling out in your Annie and buying a hauler at Millerport station to train in. When you have built rep and your bank account up, switch to the Annie.

Most runs with passengers will require you to haul at least one cabin with illegal passengers. Train on entering the station in the hauler without getting scanned. There are two options on entering. Either enter full speed and dock, to enter too quickly to get scanned or enter using silent running. Silent running is good for me but you have to be careful the autodock does not reactivate your shields. Keep some power on or just eliminate the docking computer. I find that I can enter in silent running and then idle down and the computer docks me OK 90% of the time but occasionally it slams me into the walls.

You can also make a ton of money in Quince running stacked scan missions from Millerport station to the planet. You might as well use a Cobra to run those missions since there is no advantage running them with an expensive ship. I tried taking stacked kill missions but I was not getting ahead fast there. I got ambushed and killed about every couple runs, so I was not making much but it helped my system cred. Live and learn...

Passenger runs at Quince are dead now. The scan missions are still working but they don't stack as high anymore. Still a reasonable profit on the runs. Moving to Federation space though.
