Looking for Class 3 gimb pulse for Vulture near Lembava

I have searched many a high tech station and have yet to find a class 3 gimballed pulse laser for my Vulture. I'm hoping to find one within 100ly of Lembava. I just don't like the hands off feeling you get with the turreted version. Any suggestions would be great.

The Vulture does not need gimballed anything. Trust me.

I used a lot of gimballed weapons in my Cobra and then naturally wanted them on my Vulture. After reading a lot of postings here that kept saying there is no need of gimbals, I decided to give a fixed beam a go and now am firmly in that camp.

I currently rock a 3C beam and 3c turreted cannon. Others might have a different opinion about the load-out, but it works for me nicely.

Ok cool, thanks I'll give that a go. I tried a fixed burst but the fire rate was too limited for fixed, miss and you have to wait too long to fire again for my liking but maybe a beam or pulse would serve me well as the damage rate for fixed is probably worth it. +rep.

Glad to help.

Just keep close to your target and dance around it. Fry his ass with the beam.

The cannon (if you go that route) takes some practice. Don't fire it off on small targets unless you are right on top of them (too easy to miss). I save the cannon as a finisher for small guys when in close, but use it liberally on large targets after I melt their shields.

Ya I currently use a multicannon I just love them but since there's no need to lead your target with a laser I may switch to a cannon for secondary since I'm not going to be able to fire primary and secondary at the same time anyways.
