Methinks there's Guuguyni Drug Empire, which is in a Hi Tech Empire system. They have a platform with the only black market for many LYs.

If you manage to take control of Gilya you may be able to unlock a new rare commodity, Gilya Signature Weapons. I've done a lot of work on rare commodities here, it is believed that the rare commodity is in the game but not appearing on the market as it is likely to be deemed illegal by gilya's current controlling faction, if control of the system is flipped to a more accommodating faction (such as an anarchy faction) the rare commodity should be unlocked. Would make a great reward for your efforts
I thought it must be illegal but didn't pay much attention to it. I am very excited to see what it is.
My 1st thoughts are to get the Drug empire to control the station.
I already started there last night. It's in a bad situation atm with only 2% rep and no station.
I will be in that system and neighbour systems building up rep with other anarchy factions in order to generate missions.
I may jump 200ly for a day or 2 to help another buddy out with his nearly flipped Drug Empire but I will focus this station till it flips.
He may come and help me after too.
So yeah, come and lend some support. I would love that. Anyone can come help.

I am ever so sorry guys.
I read all this before coffee this morning and I made a mistake.
Somehow I thought Cockainge had the rare. It has something (DPS-Drive Performance Specialists) located there.
Quick google says it has the best rated drives. I will check, I'm a few systems from it.
I wil stay in Cockainge this weekend. I go Mon, Tues to help another buddy with his system. So Wednesday I will make the jump there and start missons.
I will stay there to get it flipped so we can have those rares. Once flipped they should stay in power cos of the rare trade. Then I can return to Cockainge.
