Powerplay Faction: Arissa Lavigny-Duval Looking for Factional Pointers

Hello Inquisitors,

I was an original supporter of Aisling Duval, I appreciate her stance on slavery and the insistence on the dignity of humanity in general. But as of late I have grown tired of words and trade. I long to fight in support of the empire, and with the crowning of the new Empress and being a loyal imperial citizen I could only throw myself into Empress Arissa's cause.

Is there any general factional knowledge I should know? How are things done here? Were do people usually gather to discuss what to organize? Who are our rival factions? I arrived in Kamadhenu last night and I am eager to increase my rank through warfare...I pilot an FDL and I fly with a group of pilots who are better than I, we are all eager to set our sights on a prize worth fighting for.

I appreciate any pointers all of you have.

For the most part, ALD is run via reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/EliteLavigny/

We post our combat targets there each week. Consider joining one of the ALD-pledged player groups (like Lavigny's Legion or the 9th Legion) if you want to get more involved with specific combat operations.

Our main enemies are the Federation and we almost always have their systems or expansions listed as our undermining or opposition targets.

I will subscribe to the faction sub reddit for sure. As for joining a Unit, I'm not exactly sold on the idea just yet, I fly with two other friends of mine who are pretty independent minded, but if they are in to something like that then I guess we are all coming on board.
